CS manages Quality control through Operations for manufactured products and through R&D for new sourced products. Our quality standards are implemented in each production in collaboration with the CS sourcing team, QC manager and our factories. For all existing products we develop samples that undergo an approval and testing process.
Our Customer Services Team is updated on all reported quality issues so that they can identify possible problems at an early stage and implement appropriate remedial actions.
CS secures full product compliance both in terms of health and safety regulations as well as applicable International and European regulations.
In this respect our products comply with current EU regulations and all necessary technical testing is performed regularly.
